How far are you from the beach?
The beaches along the Adriatic coast are only a short drive away, making it easy to enjoy both countryside tranquility and seaside relaxation during your stay.
How far are the mountains and ski areas?
The mountains, including skiing, hiking, cycling, and nature trails, are approximately one hour away depending on the destination and season.
Is the property easy to reach?
Yes. Although we are privately situated on a quiet road in the hills, the property is easily accessible by car and conveniently located near major roads and nearby towns.
Do I need a car?
We strongly recommend having a car to fully enjoy the area, nearby villages, beaches, wineries, and mountain excursions. However, we can also help organize transportation and private transfers when needed.
Is parking available?
Yes, complimentary on-site parking is available for guests.

What type of accommodation do you offer?
We offer boutique-style countryside accommodation designed for guests seeking privacy, relaxation, authentic local experiences, and convenient access to beaches, historic villages, and outdoor activities.
Is your property family friendly?
Our accommodation is primarily designed for couples, adult guests, and small groups seeking a peaceful countryside retreat. Individual room stays are generally reserved for guests aged 18 and over. Families with children are welcome when booking the residence exclusively for private stays, gatherings, or events.
Are pets allowed?
At this time, pets are not permitted on the property.
Is the property quiet?
Yes. One of the unique features of the property is its peaceful private setting away from busy roads and crowded tourist areas.
Do you offer Wi-Fi?
Yes, complimentary high speed Fibre Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Yes, breakfast is included, Gluten free options are available.

Yes. The surrounding region offers excellent cycling routes, hiking trails, mountain excursions, nature experiences, and easy access to both coast and countryside landscapes.
